Publisher FAQS
The Umbrella Media Group Ad Network offers Publishers a full featured ad server to manage ad inventory and administer advertisers.
How do I get started?
Register as a Publisher, assign your content zone information, put the code on your site and start serving ads. As a Publisher in the Network, advertisers are able to purchase any inventory you choose to put into the network.
Can I choose who advertises?
Yes. You can set your administration area to automatically approve advertisers or you can manually add them.
I use Google (or another network), can I still sign up?
Yes, you can use our server to serve your own ads, or you can enter the other network code into the admin panel and serve them THROUGH your zones so you have an accurate record of your site ad serving in one place.
Can anyone sign up as a Publisher?
All Network Publisher applications are considered on an individual basis. We do not approve warez sites, illegal content sites, or any site that we feel is not of benefit to the network and the other publishers/advertisers.
It depends on your content, your site popularity, your ad rates and the manner in which you sell your space. You make a percentage of all ads we sell on your site and you keep all the revenue from the ads you sell on your site. How do I get paid?
Publisher payments are sent by paypal within 30 days of the closing period of the ad order and the completion of any contractual obligations. How many zones can I have?
You can have as many as you like. Each available zone allows for more sales, however having too many ads on a page can impact the interest an advertiser has on selecting that zone. How do I cancel?
Simply remove any Umbrella Media Group adserver code from your site. Please note that if you have any paid ads on your site, you are responsible for any reimbursement or claims from those advertisers.
